Pursuant to a reciprocal agreement between Actors’ Equity Association and Canadian Actors’ Equity Association and as agreed to by the Broadway League, Canadian Actors who complete and submit the Pension Designation Form to the Equity-League Fund Office are entitled to a 9% contribution to the 401(k) and no Pension contribution.

Producers are asked to copy and distribute the forms to any Canadian Actors you are employing.
