Equity-League Benefit Funds (“Equity-League”) makes every reasonable attempt to safeguard participant privacy. Except where required by regulation, court order, official authority or applicable law, Equity-League will not make available individual participant information or data to any third party. Member understands, agrees and acknowledges that individual participant information or data collected will only be used by Equity-League for internal purposes, including but not limited to, improving Equity-League services.

During the process of delivering information to you, Equity-League does not collect any personally identifiable information about you such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail address. However, Equity-League does obtain some types of non-personally identifiable information such as the Internet Service Provider you use to connect to the Internet, your browser type, or the type of computer operating system you use (Macintosh or Windows, for example). The information collected by Equity-League is used for the purpose of monitoring site statistics.
