Starting April 1, 2025, the Health Plan will cover in-network services 100% provided through Mount Sinai at the Samuel Friedman Health Center for the Performing Arts for those with Cigna health coverage. You won’t pay anything!
Health Plan participants with Tier 1 or Tier 2 Cigna coverage will be able to receive primary in-network care at the Health Center at no cost to you—there are no copays, coinsurance or deductibles to meet.
Health Plan participants who are eligible for Medicare participants can also use the Health Center, but you will still be subject to Medicare cost-sharing rules for office visits since Medicare is your primary coverage.
Many of our participants have been getting their health care at the Health Center for years—and love the care they receive from the Health Center’s staff.

It’s called a medical home, and it feels like having an old-style family doctor, but with a team of professionals, working together and working with you to provide the best possible personalized and coordinated care.
