Federal Law no longer requires individuals to provide proof of health insurance coverage via a 1095-B form. Therefore, the Equity-League Health Fund no longer mails plan participants copies of that form.
If you had coverage through Cigna, Kaiser or Emblem Health (HIP) in 2024, you can still get a copy of the 2024 1095-B form for your records.
