Vision Plan

What you need to know

Your medical coverage includes vision benefits through Davis Vision. You can use your vision coverage to help pay for eye exams and prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses. While you can see any eye doctor you want, you will always pay less if you use a provider within the Davis Vision network. Locate a network provider.

Network vs. out-of-network services

When you use a network provider, your claim will be submitted automatically, and you will pay for only what the plan doesn’t cover.

If you use an out-of-network provider, you will pay the full cost at the time of service, and then submit a claim for reimbursement. Your benefit covers up to a fixed amount for each covered service; you will not be reimbursed for any charges over that amount.
